Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to be flexible and fair to ensure a great experience for all our clients.
Booking Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit goes toward your total session fee.
Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

The booking deposit is non-refundable; there are no exceptions.
Rescheduling:

We’re happy to reschedule your session if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of your deposit.

For outdoor sessions, if inclement weather makes it unsafe or unsuitable to shoot, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
Refunds:

Since photography sessions involve reserving time and resources, refunds are generally not provided after the deposit is paid.
