Welcome to Shutterbug Photography! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website.
   

Session Details:

• It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time and prepared for the session.

• Any changes to the session date or time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
   

Image Usage and Rights:

• Shutterbug Photography retains the copyright to all images created during the session.

• With your permission, we may use your photos on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer your images not be shared publicly, please inform us in writing.

• Clients receive digital copies or prints as specified in their package but may not sell or alter images for commercial use without written permission.
   

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Deposits are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and rescheduling.
   

Liability:

• Shutterbug Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during a session. Clients participate at their own risk.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and will notify clients promptly.
   

General:

• These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
