Welcome to Shutterbug Photography! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website.
Session Details:

It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time and prepared for the session.

Any changes to the session date or time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Image Usage and Rights:

Shutterbug Photography retains the copyright to all images created during the session.

With your permission, we may use your photos on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer your images not be shared publicly, please inform us in writing.

Clients receive digital copies or prints as specified in their package but may not sell or alter images for commercial use without written permission.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and rescheduling.
Liability:

Shutterbug Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during a session. Clients participate at their own risk.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and will notify clients promptly.
General:

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
